A super easy dinner, the sauce comes together in the time it takes to cook the orzo. The sauce is a comforting and rich, beef and tomato one that's spiked with smoked paprika. Rich and creamy, it's a proper hug in a bowl.

Ingredients
garlic cloves 4 (crushed)
tomatoes 4 (chopped)
orzo 300 g
beef mince 500 g
tomato purée 4 tbsp
double cream 300 ml
smoked paprika 1 tbsp
spinach ¼ handful
red wine vinegar splash
Method
Prep the ingredients
Peel and crush the garlic cloves. Chop the tomatoes.
Cook the orzo
Cook the orzo according to the packet instructions, drain when cooked.
Cook the beef sauce
Heat a dash of oil in a large frying pan. Add the beef mince and cook for 6-8 minutes. Add the garlic and tomato puree, fry for 1 minute.
Add the double cream and smoked paprika, simmer for 2-4 minutes. Add the spinach and chopped tomatoes, season to taste with salt and add a splash of red wine vinegar, simmer for 5 minutes.
Plate up
Add the cooked orzo to the beef sauce and plate up. Enjoy!
