Ingredients

mozzarella cheese ball 80 g (torn)
Crosta Mollica pizza base bianca 1
prosciutto crudo 40 g (sliced)
green pesto 3 tbsp

Method

Cook the pizza

Preheat the oven to 190C fan.
Dot the torn mozzarella over the Crosta Mollica pizza base bianca.
Place your pizza directly in the middle shelf of the oven for 8–9 mins. Remove when crisp and lightly golden.

Add the toppings & Plate Up

Tear the prosciutto into thin ribbons or shreds and layer on the pizza, then swirl over the green pesto.
Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and cracked black pepper. Slice it up and enjoy!
