Everything Seasoning Chicken & Fries

Cook The Everything Seasoning Chicken

• To cook the chicken: place each chicken breast between 2 sheets of greaseproof paper. With a rolling pin, or another heavy object, flatten the chicken until it’s around 1cm thickness all over (this will help it cook more quickly).
• Put the flour in one shallow bowl and season with salt and pepper. Beat the egg in another bowl and mix together the breadcrumbs, sesame seeds, garlic powder, onion granules and poppy seeds in a third bowl.
• Coat each chicken breast with the flour mixture and pat off any excess, then dip it in the beaten egg. Press the chicken into the breadcrumb mix until well covered. Repeat until all the chicken is breadcrumbed.
• Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Spray the chicken lightly with cooking oil spray and air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Cook the fries

• Meanwhile, cook the fries according to the packet instructions. If your air fryer has one drawer, you can add fries to your chicken but you might need to increase the cooking time.

Prep the salad

• Slice the little gem lettuce then toss with the Caesar dressing and grate the Parmesan over the top.

Plate up

• Divide the salad and fries between plates. Top each serving with the chicken. Serve immediately and tuck in!
