These little dessert pots are the perfect way to clear out your fridge, biscuit tin and fruit bowl all in one go. You can make them as decadent as you want and adapt the recipe with extra toppings as you like!

Pick which supermarket you want to send your ingredients to:

Ingredients

strawberries 70 g
blueberries 70 g
raspberries 70 g
cream cheese 200 g
Greek yoghurt 200 ml
digestive biscuits 8
icing sugar 3 tbsp

Method

Add the fruit to a bowl and sprinkle over 1/3 of the icing sugar. I sometimes like to add a splash of amaretto at this stage. Stir and leave to stand for 10 minutes.
Mix together the cream cheese and the remaining icing sugar. Fold in the Greek yoghurt and set aside.
Crush the digestive biscuits and divide among the serving glasses and press into the base of each glass. Spoon the cream cheese mixture on top.
When ready to serve, spoon over the marinated fruit. Finally if you have a little granola in the cupboard sprinkle this over the top and serve. Enjoy!
