Ingredients
rice noodles 400 g
garlic cloves 4 (sliced)
ginger 20 g (grated)
bell pepper 2 (chopped)
broccoli 1 (chopped)
prawns 500 g
tamari 4 tbsp
sesame oil 2 tbsp
Method
Cook the noodles
Cook the noodles according to the packet instructions. Set aside once cooked.
Prep the ingredients
Peel and thinly slice the garlic. Peel and grate the ginger, you can use the back of the spoon to peel the ginger.
Deseed and chop the pepper. Chop the broccoli into bite-sized florets, you can use the stalks too, just chop them finely.
Cook the sauce
Heat a dash of oil in a large frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add the garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, for about 2 minutes.
Add the pepper, broccoli and tamari. Cook for 5-6 minutes until the vegetables start to soften. Add the prawns and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink.
Add the sesame oil, noodles and toss to combine. Cook for a couple minute to reheat the noodles.
