Ingredients
cherry tomatoes 200 g (halved)
cucumber 1 (chopped)
spring onions 4 (chopped)
olive oil 2 tbsp
soy sauce 2 tsp
red wine vinegar 1 tbsp
vegetable gyoza dumplings 20
Method
Prep the ingredients
Halve the cherry tomatoes. Chop the cucumber and spring onions.
Make the vinaigrette
In a small bowl combine the oil, soy sauce and the red wine vinegar, season to taste with salt and pepper (the **soy sauce* will add salt).
Cook the gyoza
Heat a dash of oil in a large frying pan over a medium heat. Add the gyoza, seam side up. Fry for 4 minutes.
Carefully add 4 tbsp of water to the pan (it will hiss), cover with a lid and let them steam for another 4 minutes.
Assemble the salad
In a large bowl combine the fried gyoza, tomatoes, cucumbers, spring onion and drizzle over the vinaigrette. Plate up and enjoy!
