Mini Tuna Pitta Pockets

Soft pitta pockets filled with a creamy, herby tuna mix, these Mini Tuna Pitta Pockets are quick to make and easy to share. Children practise measuring out each ingredient with different-sized measuring spoons, then mix and spoon the filling into their own pittas. Then use the recipe to explore where our food comes from – the tuna from the sea, and the wheat and lettuce from the land.
